ABOUT ME
Julie Frost BSc, Dip. Counselling, MBACP (Accred)
I am a person-centred counsellor who will offer you a calm and safe space to explore whatever life events you wish to talk through. I offer an initial free consultation and then booked sessions which are up to an hour long either face to face at my therapy room in Congleton, via video call or on the telephone.
I have a Diploma in therapeutic skills of counselling (Integrative) and I am accredited by the BACP.
After I qualified in 2015 I volunteered at Macmillan Cancer Resource Centre for 6 years, working with clients who had been affected by cancer or any life-limiting illness.
Now I work with adults who have complex needs, I understand that every individual's journey is unique, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I am registered with British Association for counselling and psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework which you can find online.
