Exploring how self care can improve your well-being
Self care for me is looking after and making time for myself. I personally struggle with this and at times feel guilty for sitting down and making time for me.
I tend to prioritise other things and other people over myself yet I know the importance of caring for myself.
Walking and having time dedicated to me without rushing around improves my mood.
This quote for me highlights the importance of me being on my to do list yet it is the last thing i would put on there.
